Our Project - Longing For The Sea

We're creating a new project site where we can share ideas in our move towards a better life. Imagining what this future could look like takes vision, and we invite you to join us and be inspired by the thoughts of French writer and aviator Antoine de Saint-Exupery;

"If you wish to build a ship with others,
Do not begin by gathering timber with them;
Rather awaken in them,
Longing for the sea.

Workshops

Our website will be back in summer, when our popular workshops return, so we can also 'begin gathering timber' together - we have a big task ahead of us. We're developing our new program now, with lots of sharing of new (and old) skills for our transition to a more positive, and truly sustainable future.

Shop

We’ve all come a long way since 2006, when we first began providing access to quality sustainable retail products. Thanks to people supporting responsible trade, we're able to streamline our retail area when we return, so we can focus more on products related to our workshops, and others that support small producers.

We'll still be promoting access to permaculture, biodynamics, sustainable building and lifestyles with books, DVDs, sustainable products and services through our online shop.
